Policies

-Deposits And Booking-

All clients must pay a deposit of at least half of their total upon booking to secure your appointment. After you’ve made your deposit you have up to 24 hours to alter or modify your appointment (date/times). All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

-Lateness, Rescheduling & Cancellations-

Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period to arrive to their appointment time. After your grace period a late fee of $30 will apply to your remaining balance. After 30 minutes you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Reschedule fee will be added to your total.
 

-Turn Around Times-
Photography
Up to 5 Edits - 7 Business Days
6 or More Edits - 10  Business Days
Videography
up to 15 Business Day Turn Around
Dual Services (Both)
Up to 15 Business Days

 

-(Event Video/Photography)-
Photography for events are distributed to client as raw file. Editing must be done upon request.
Fees may apply. For event videography Clients Will Receive Edited Video. Raw Files are disributed upon request. fees my apply
